Here is another film totally forgotten. The film was the first American film to show full nudity with a 14 year old girl swimming. The movie got around censors (1938) because it was labeled as a documentary. The movies message is directed to men of the US not to marry or have affairs with very young girls. It seems that the US has had a long history of kiddy sex and marriage and the intent of the film was to educate the American public of the hazards of fooling around with very young children.
