looking for a 70-80's movie on a chiller or thriller theater friday or saturday night

movie starts out as cats (stuffed cats) jumping off houses and cliffs, running into streets committing suicide. then from smoke they change into beautiful naked woman who i think start seducing men and killing them?

It would come on at like 1 am on night frights or chiller/thriller theater, might have been on basic cable tbs,wgn,usa too. any help would be awesome.

Never heard of that one, but found it. Not too classy like Phibes.

I have actually heard of this movie but have never seen it so didn't make the connection.

Not a good film from what I remember hearing.
