Chinese movie with tango fight scene

Years ago I saw a clip of a Chinese movie on YouTube. I think it was in Cantonese though it may have been Mandarin. The scene was set in a bar or nightclub; a gangster danced the tango with his (dead?) brother's girlfriend/wife. They were hostile to each other and the footwork of the tango turned into martial arts moves. Does anybody know what movie this could be? Thank you!
