90's cowboy style brother/sister incest

I really don't have much to go on in this movie was around ten years ago I viewed it. There is some incest between brother his sister later in a bathroom she brushes her teeth in cute looking panties and top and her brother walks in and rapes her over the bathroom sink. She also is in a relationship with an older man with a cowboy hat, they do it in an outdoor bathtub and I belive she tells him: Get him out of me! implying to what her brother did before. BTW it takes place in USA and in a desert surrounding.

Any ideas of simular movies?, I might be off on some things.

Help is apriciated and will help others the best I can.

There is a British movie like that, but they weren't wearing cowboy hats.

D/L it and no your right not it, brother was simular in age though but sister a bit youger I belive blonde. The older man must be like 40-50 atleast.
