old thriller about man eating pigeons

Hi guys i need help for a movie, a friend of mine told me about this movie, i dont know any scenes from it or anything, i know just thats and old movie about pigeons that rave the town and kill people and leave behind the skeletons of the people (not sure about the last with the skeletons, but not pretty much of a thriller huh? haha) if any1 knows tell me pls

He didn't see the movie, he was relying on a friend's description. The crappy TV movie sequel had pigeons and other birds.

As far as I can tell there is no movie with man eating pigeons.
