I never could get the hang of Thursdays.
I love this song more than mince pies. I don't care how cheesy it is, it gives me a big stupid grin every time I hear it. Even if it is still November.

Will.15, I'm definitely in the Christmas spirit now!
This will take you out of it.

I'm not a fan of Christmas music in general (actually there are a couple of songs that make me want to just punch somebody everytime I hear them **coughcoughpaulmccartney'swonderfulchristmastimecoughcough**)

But here are a few that I love:

Bob Seger's "The Little Drummer Boy"

Tom Petty's "Christmas All Over Again"

U2's "Christmas (Baby Please Come Home)"

All good people are asleep and dreaming.
The Harry Simeone Chorale - The Little Drummer Boy

RUN-DMC - Christmas In Hollis

Vince Guaraldi Trio Christmas Time Is Here

Beat Street Santa's
Christmas Xmas Rap
~ Treacherous Three & Doug E. Fresh

Surfin' Safari
~ The Beach Boys

(Inside Joke. If you understand this, drop me a note.)

~ Paul McCartney

I HATE that song!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

another ex-Beatle had a great Christmas tune, though:

and I've always loved this Melissa Etheridge cover of it:

Oh not you di'nt. I spent a whole month last year tracking down some Xmas oddities. Mainly trying to find songs I'd actually listen to that weren't that well known. Here's some West Indies style stylings...

Gotta love the lyrics/idea to this one (buying Santa a new suit and that ), and the calypso take on Santa Claus is Coming to Town somehow stays on the right side of cheese.

Just some reggae vibe at Xmas time (vid is a bit low quality)...

A modern day reggae-remix of Lady Day...

Virtual Reality chatter on a movie site? Got endless amounts of it here. Reviews over here

Now I'll go back to youtube and see if the nuaugty version of the Twelve Days of Christmas is worth posting (or clean enough).

Naughty version not funny, but this was.

Later I'll check out Rudolph the Drunken Reindeer.

How about some 50s rockabilly business?
