I did a search on this forum and was surprised there wasn't a thread on this.
Who has seen Sling Blade? What did you think of it?
This is a movie I watch at least once a year. Billy Bob Thornton gives a brilliant and dominant performance as the lead character. He was nominated for Best Actor at the Oscars but lost to Geoffrey Rsh in 'Shine', unfortunately.
It's a powerful movie that deals with personal demons and trying to change your ways and lead a good life. If you haven't seen this I highly recommend it.
