1994's Wolf - Photo album in movie with Andy from weeds?

I'm watching Wolf on TV right now and the scene where Jack Nicholson is in Michelle Pheiffer's dads guest house that she stays in. He's looking at her photo album and asks who the guy in the picture is. She says it's her brother and that he killed himself.

Anyways, it looked just like Justin Kirk, who plays Andy Botwin, on Weeds. Can anybody confirm or deny this?
