Is Lenny faking his condition? Is his wife realy dead? Did he or someone else kill her?
Why did he kill "Teddy" at the end? Because he just needed a reason to go on living or that "Teddy" was really using him all along.
Also, who was Dodd? One of Natalie's boyfriend's hitmen trying to avenge Jimmy's death?
