B.O.H.I.C.A on knife blade?

Please can someone help. A friend mentioned a quote being "Bend Over Here It Comes Again" and I said that I was sure that I heard this in a movie recently. A man explained that it was printed on the knife blade of the soldiers. I think it was in the film The Hunted with Tommy Lee Jones, but could be wrong. Please help......

Sounds familiar, but not from a Tommy Lee Jones movie.

Your best chance at getting more ideas/responses is to provide more detail, unfortunately. Anything, as long as it's accurate: general time period it was likely from, other actors in it, memorable scenes, etc.

Sounds like a 2nd marriage, but thats just me.
