What is your favorite restaurant? That's actually a tough choice. But after much deliberating, I would have to say East Side Mario's is my favourite, if only for the memories. Like my entire semi-extended family would meet for dinner there on birthdays and what-not. The unlimited salad and bread don't hurt either

What is your favorite food? It would have to be either a beautiful, thick Sirloin steak or a big plate of Spaghetti with a meat sauce and meatballs. Also, since I am a university student in Canada, i feel I have to give an extra special mention to Kraft Dinner! Damn... now I'm hungry

What is your favorite dessert? I usually never eat desert, but I guess pumpkin pie on thanksgiving.

Can you cook, or bake? I can pretty much only cook simply things like pasta-based products, eggs, and the like. I did make some brownies once, but I didn't exactly follow the recipe. I may have added one or two uncalled for ingredients

Do you like playing games? depends on the game i guess.

If so, do you prefer board games, or computer games? I would have to say I am quite the fan of video games. I never really liked board games much.

What is your favorite song, band, singer . . . ? Favourite song - Shine on you Crazy Diamond, by none other than the great Pink Floyd
Favourite Band - atm, Amon Amarth. But for the band that has best 'consistency' would be Iron Maiden, Pink Floyd, and Led Zeppelin.
Favourite Singer - Robert Plant, Bruce Dickinson, and Geddy Lee... for shame if you don't know who they are!

What is your favorite music genre? Since I don't feel like breaking it down into technical jargon, I will just stay broad and say Metal.

What is your favorite TV show? It is a toss up right now between Heroes and Lost

What is your least favorite TV show? American Dad, Honestly, I find Family Guy to be histerical even if the quality of the jokes appear to be... crude. But American Dad, is just unfunny and to me seems a little racist and unneccesarily so.

What do you collect, besides movies? Comic books, Video games, and a fair sized collection of novels, mainly Sci-fi and Fantasy.
I am also starting to collect money, because my sources say it will become quite valuable one day

What is your favorite hobby, besides watching movies? Reading books and playing video games. But as of late, almost all my time is devoted to school.

If you had to throw away all your movies but one, which one would you keep? Throw away all my movies but one?! can I choose option number three?... suicide?

What is your favorite movie genre? I have to admit, I am a sucker for an epic Fantasy a-la Lord of the Rings.

Who is your least favorite actor? No one in particular, I try to give everyone a fair chance every movie. I guess that my answer could also be *insert name of singer who thinks because they can sing, they can act*

Do you avoid watching certain movies, simply because of an actor that is in them? Not usually, as i said above, I try to give every actor a clean slate for each movie

Name 5 actors you would love to meet, and why. What would you want to do to, or with them? Do porn stars count as acto.... aw nevermind. Seriously though, I would want to meet 1. Samuel L. Jackson, simply because he is the most Bad-Ass Mofo around 2. Seth Rogen, becuase apparently I look like him and have 'his sense of humour' or something... i dunno. 3-5 would just be comediens or funny people most likely.

Name the movie you hate the most. If you were to pull up the resume of director Uwe Boll, and looked at possible any movie, that would answer this question.
Oh! and the Twilight movie. I just strongly... dislike the novel and movie

Name the newest movie you've seen. I just came back from The Haunting in Connecticut, it was a good movie, but ultimately wasn't scary enough.

What is your favorite theater snack? Easily the movie theater popcorn. what's with all these food related questions? I think I may have actually gained weight answering them.

Theater, or home theater? Theater. There is just a natural joy one can experience when watching that long awaited movie on opening night with good friends.

What's your biggest pet peeve? Honestly, it just pisses me off to no end when people think they are right about something 100%, even when they aren't and they simply refuse to acknowledge they are wrong, and continue to think they are right. Even when confronted with evidence to anything to completely refute everything they say. I know someone like that, and everytime he opens his mouth about WW2, I knew he's going to be wrong (he usually is) and he won't listen to reason. It makes me want to hurt him... badly

What's the best thing about where you live? Not gunna lie, the marijuana here is usually top-notch

What is your major in school? Right now, I am first year General Arts (undecided/ undeclared major) at York U, I'm not quite sure what exactly I am going to go into, but next year I am thinking of going as a History major, with either a minor or possibly a double major in philosophy

What was your best Halloween costume? I don't usually dress up for Halloween, but a few years ago, I a was dressed as a man who was run over... I simply ran over a white shirt with a car( made a skid mark on it) and put some wound dressings on it, walked with a crutch, and a few other touches (it was actually very convincing, I even had one or two people ask me if I was ok/ what happened etc.)

Are you a fan of Battlestar Galactica? I hate myself for this, but not right now. By the time I started getting some interest in it, I was already too late, and the show was going into its final season (or I think second last), so I didn't bother watching it. My friend has all the BSG seasons that are out to date, so I keep meaning to borrow them and watch it. I simply haven't gotten around to it yet.

If not what other sci fi are you into? I could spend hours talking about Sci-Fi books, movies, and shows... in school, I am even taking a course called: DANGEROUS VISIONS, BRAVE NEW WORLDS: THE SCIENCE FICTION CULTURE AND OUR SCIENTIFIC AGE.
So as such, I will simply assume you're talking about tv. Off the top of my head, I can think of Firefly, Star Trek (original not DS9 or anything). So not too, too much sci-fi on TV that I watch

What was the last movie you saw in the cinema and on dvd? In the theaters, as I said above, the last movie I saw was The Haunting in Connecticut.
The last movie I saw on DVD would be Punisher: Warzone, which overall was a good movie if it is taken as a mindless action... although the flashbacks with Castle's family were the cheesiest thing I've seen in quite some time, but I guess that goes hand-in-hand with mindless action movies...

Outbreak nice answer's so far mate

I have only recently myself started watching it and I love the show, my bro-in-law got me into it and im hooked we started about 2 - 3 weeks ago and we have already watche the Mini series, Season 1 and Season 2, we have seen the first 4 episodes of season 3. Im going to pick up either the complete boxset when it gets relesed or more than likely I'll be picking up the season 1 - 4 boxset with the mini series init and razor Then get the rest of season 4 on dvd, but for some reason they are classing the rest of season 4, season 5 in the UK... dont know why? lol

While I haven't read all the discworld books yet to date, I've read a few of the first ones, and I can say I consider myself a fan. I love how it is such an unconventional fantasy series that often parodies other works and has satirical commentary... one doesn't find that too often in fantasy novels.

hmmm that's quite hard... I am going to have to go with, from fav to least fav:
South Park, Robot Chicken, Futurama, Simpsons (older episodes mainly), Family guy, and American Dad... although I suppose Family Guy and the Simpsons could be switched around I like them that closely, the other shows are in their perfect spots methinks.

Outbreak 2: The Virus Takes Over Manhattan? It's from an episode of Friends. Ya know the episode where Ross' monkey stars in that movie and JCVD and Julia Roberts is in it. That it? Did I getcha?

If by nasty you mean the type of person that revels in the slaughter of people or animals, getting a sick sense of pleasure turning people inside out and all that... I guess it would depend on the context the character is given in the movie, but even then, it would most likely be one of those 'love to hate' type of characters

What are your thoughts on this years summer blockbusters?
I think they are looking to be good, with great special effects, and just mind-blowing action scenes. But much beyond that, they will fall short and be forgettable. It has happened before, but I think almost every action blockbuster will fall into it. The quality of the comedy seems to have improved greatly for the most part, with many of the jokes seeming to be becoming less about farts, ***** and sex. With a focus on fairly believable issues, and maybe some actual commentary on general things, not just how Paris Hilton has the mental capacity of a 2 and a half year old. Which may or may not be true... I am not passing judgment . Overall, it will be a strong summer, methinks... but this "recession" as some may call it, might lessen the intake these movies might have deserved.
