Hi guys!
Hate to do this to you, but we can't figure out the name of either the character or actress in Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy. She has choppy black hair just below the ears.
She tries to capture the president of the galaxy for stealing the ship. At the end of the movie she tries to keep them from shooting at the citizens. She ends up getting together with Rockwell's character in the end.
IMDB wasn't much help. We didn't see any female names/pictures that looked like her.
