It seems Kitano is turning back on his promise that he would never make another Yakuza film again, The Outrage is expected for release next year, but probably won't hit the U.S. months after it's original release (like always).

Even in Japanese comedies and love stories, it sounds like they're shouting at each other.

Outrage will be premiering either this or next week at Cannes (which started yesterday May 12th). Looking forward to some reviews.
