Possibly a Si Fi movie, not sure

I saw a clip of this movie where this woman breaks this guys neck, then the camera pans to this other woman running after another guy, the woman who killed the first guy stops her and says, "Let him go you're exhausted."

I have included 2 screenshots of the clip to increase the chances of someone knowing the name of this film.

I just googled that phrase and found out that it's from the episode 'Chaos and the Stillness of It' of the sci-fi TV series 'Andromeda' (season 5 episode 20).

Thank you so much and sorry it turned out to be a TV show, I wasn't sure if it was a movie or not
