Favorite Duo in a FIlm

In light of Pyro Tramps Buddy thread, I thought this would be cool.

My favorite duo in a film is:

Hoffman, Voight -Midnight Cowboy

They had temporarily escaped the factories, the warehouses, the slaughterhouses, the car washes - they'd be back in captivity the next day but
now they were out - they were wild with freedom. They weren't thinking about the slavery of poverty. Or the slavery of welfare and food stamps. The rest of us would be all right until the poor learned how to make atom bombs in their basements.

Dustin Hoffman and Robert Redford in 'All The President's Men'.
In an interview I saw, Hoffman said Redford came up with the idea that they learn each others lines for the movie. That's commitment.

Dan Akroyd and John Belushi in any of their films together, but 'The Blues Brothers' springs first to my mind.
