One of my Films Now Available on DVD

Tools

Well, the DVDs of my second-most-recent film, Flushed are finally ready and available for purchase; if you'd like to buy one – and I think you should do – just send me a PM and I'll get back to you as soon as possible to discuss your rather limited payment options. I'm only charging AUD$11 for the package [plus postage and handling, which shouldn't amount to too much more] and, even if you dislike the film when you eventually see it, the extras – not to mention the fact that I'm going to be funelling all the profits into the production of another short film, The Photographist – should make the whole "blind buy" thing that much more attractive. And, for those of you who have seen it already, why not see it again? This time on a big[ger] screen [than a pixelated QuickTime window]!

Meanwhile, as there are only one-hundred copies of the thing in existance, and as I'm not going to be getting any more made up, be sure to be quick and nimble and place your order now. 'Cause if my wildly unrealistic expectations are anything to go by – and I'm sure they are – these discs are going to be flying out of their cardboard box faster than little flying hotcakes do, and I've heard they fly pretty fast.

They had temporarily escaped the factories, the warehouses, the slaughterhouses, the car washes - they'd be back in captivity the next day but
now they were out - they were wild with freedom. They weren't thinking about the slavery of poverty. Or the slavery of welfare and food stamps. The rest of us would be all right until the poor learned how to make atom bombs in their basements.

Count me in, Matt.

I have seen this movie. A friend of mine said he owned a movie called Flushed and there was only like 100 copies of it in the world. I watched it, and now that I think about it only cost AUD$11, which is the price listed above. I wonder if he was a member on Movie Forums. I remember him saying something about The Silver Bullet around that time when I was at his house and we watched it. So, probably this is the film he was talking about.
