Movie You're Watching Tonight

Mine too. Still holds up. Interesting reading that Joan Fontaine felt very uncomfortable on set. She felt that Hitch, Olivier & the woman who played Mrs Danvers were a British clique unto themselves & rather looked down on her since she was born in Japan. Olivier also disliked her because he wanted his wife, Vivian Leigh, to have the part. Hitch encouraged these insecure feelings in Fontaine, which made her more vulnerable in her role.
