My pants ran off with an antelope.
Speaking of swearing, in one of the last scenes of Alien Ripley says "dammit" or g.o.d. dammit.
It sounds kinda funny but not because it's meant to be funny, it's a moment of genuine frustration.

Such a contrast with the tacky, macho dialogue in Aliens
Aliens is a very actiony action movie. I did like the sequel. I feel like it missed the point of the original though.

My pants ran off with an antelope.
Agreed...missed it by light years, IMO
I can respect going in a different direction. It just felt weird. Aliens isn't bad necessarily. I just prefer Alien vis I'm more into slow horror than fast action.

'Nuts'...It use be the thing to say when you screwed up on the movie set back in 1930s. Nobody says it much today though.
This actually became a famous response during WWII because...

During the Battle of the Bulge in World War II, Brigadier General Anthony McAuliffe, the acting commander of the 101st Airborne Division defending Bastogne, famously replied "Nuts!" to a German ultimatum demanding the surrender of the besieged American garrison.

Which is why Captain America has often used it as a response to enemies (at least in the comics).

King Theoden crying, “DEATH!!!” at the culmination of his battle speech in The Lord of the Rings: The Return of the King always sends tingles down my spine:

Mark

Can we include TV? There's also the Flying Circus, "It's" which, without context, is meaningless. With context, it's wonderful.

Ooh! In Good Bad Ugly, Blondie responds, "Yeah," to Tuco a few times. I can't remember an exact instance though. It's been too long since I watched it, and I'm tired.

In Good Bad Weird, Yoon Tae-goo says, "Ha" in Korean, which is translated as, "Let's go," in English. Does that count?
