Chuck Berry is a rock and roll pioneer. He's a legend. He's been a huge influence on some of rock's biggest names too, including The Beatles, The Rolling Stones, The Grateful Dead, Aerosmith, AC/DC, and my favorite Tom Petty. Last I heard Berry still performs regularly despite being in his late 80s.

I know of him and I've heard him sing, but "Maybellene" is one I've never... if I heard it, I guess I didn't care for it. It never resonated with me. Never left an impression.
