Am I supposed to go to the theater and watch **** just to be able to say that I do?

Wow... I must say I am surprised at the number of depraved MOFO's out there

I have never snuck into a movie, but really don't see anything wrong with it. As was previously stated, there's enough money in the movie industry to allow us to see two movies for the price of one. Besides, with the profits they make on popcorn I figure I've already paid for two tickets!

My Top 100 favorite movies.

And this is my BOOMstick!
The popcorn usually costs me more than the movie itself, no joking.

And this is my BOOMstick!
Medium popcorn and medium drink at Crowfoot is $10.95 (the exact cost of a movie ticket) plus tax. Plus you're not allowed to bring your own food in. Dumbasses.

Randomly visiting for now
The security is really tough at my favourite cinema (90% of films I see) but I barely ever need/want to sneak in to something. Not that I need to for age issues, but most of the time the movie time doesn't work out, there's no point going into a movie (decent one) halfway through because it will wreak it.

I voted Once though I regretted it, because in about year 9......I think......well I know I was 14 and trying to get into 15+ movie. I snuck in to a cinema in the city with a new kid from school after we loitered for a while near the entrance but the guy who sold us the tickets came upstairs (unknown reason) to the cinema area and saw us go in. Then he came in and pulled us out of the cinema.

You see that would have been bad enough, a ban or perhaps a kick out would have been annoying. The problem was that this new kid i was with was a complete headcase. He went mental and started punching and kicking the guy, then he shouted bail and started running. Well what could I do I ran after him and never went back. Yeah I regretted that for a long time and haven't snuck in since, not that I wouldn't but just haven't.

Oh, probably not what you meant. First remember that there are many board members who aren't in the United States at all. As for me, I've snuck into theaters in Maryland, New York, California and Oregon.

Are you a cop or something? You'll never take me alive, Pig.

I live in an area that doesn't usually have any movies worth sneaking in to (or even going to), so I usually have to go somewhere between 75-150 miles to see a really good movie. And after the drive, I'm not about ruin it by getting caught sneaking in.

I haven't snuck into a movie since "Good Morning Vietnam", which at the time I was too young to see by myself, but I think I should start doing it now, since it cost $30.00 to see a movie with my girlfriend and thats only if we get a small popcorn, a coke and a box of Snow Caps!

TBH, most food in the cinema is pointless, Nachos, hell you cant even see them...get salsa everywhere and eww that liquid cheese stuff, try eating that on it's own.
Sometimes i may take a bottle of wine in the cinema or a take away though.
UK cinemas to seem to be a lot better, cheaper everything, stupider security.... just those damned delayed releases.

I have a local theater chain by my house that sells a popcorn bucket for $15.00. You are allowed to refill it as many times as you want for one year. Needless to say it leaves my car only to be refilled, eaten out of, and washed. Heck, I even stop on my way home from work just to top off the popcorn bucket without seeing a movie

No, i have never snuck into a theatre preplanned. I did walk into one to catch the end of a movie but it was unintentional. I was walking one night with my lonesome self and nothing to do and just happened by one of my local theatres. I went to the ticket booth to check for times of the movies to see if i could catch one untill i realized:

A) Nobody at the booth
B) Nobody collecting tickets
C) Nobody serving Popcorn

Let's just say temptation overcame my weak self and I took a few steps....then a little more........still some more....till i realized I was now sitting down watching the end of some dumbass movie that wasn't even worth the effort. Oh well, you get what you pay for and in my case a big "NOTHING".

So I say fu*k you, Pharaoh: I'm stickin' around to watch as many movies as I feel like.
LMAO

Yeah, we have a few 24 stadium seated theatres here in Vancouver and i did notice how easy it could be to hide in the bathrooms till they got ready for the next batch of movie goers.

I had Been hanging out for the movie for SO long, so at the very first session of the release day i wagged school (with my mums blessing) and snuck into the film, about 20 mins in i was thrown out, so the next day i did the same thing, and was thrown out again. Eventualy my mum had her freind who works at the cinema sneak me in.
Yeh, I had to sneak in to see this one too. I didn't get caught though. I paid to go see some other film, which I can't remember the name of, and I went into the Kill Bill cinema instead. I thought the rating of this film was really stupid, as the violence in The Passion Of The Christ was waaaaay more graphic, but it only got an MA15+ rating.

I also snuck in to see the re-release of The Exorcist a few years ago. I bought a ticket for a children film, and then I snuck into the other cinema. The film was:
