Anyone know the name of this song?

Hey, i've been searching for the name of this song for awhile, but all my searchs lead to a dead end. I've heard it from different trailers and movies. Such as Love Actually, when the boy is running through the airport and in The Aviator Trailer. perhaps anyone reading this might know, if not, thanks anyways.
