I watched this movie in around 2012, so it is a movie released in 2012 or before.

So There is a shy guy, in high school or maybe college. He cant talk to anyone at school due his shyness and social anxiety. A beautiful girl joins his school, she notices him and helps him develop his confidence, The guy fall in loves with this girl.

Thats all i remembered watching. Can someone tell what movie it was,
