Rate my dvd collection

10 = the best collection you've ever seen

1 = the worst you've ever seen

I'm just starting to get back into collecting. Here's what I have so far:

I was a bit worried that I would give you a 4/10 untill I reached the Star Trek, Star Wars' etc and I give you a 6/10

I owned the original From Dusk Til Dawn / Full Tilt Boogie but then sold it for double it's value to a friend. I'll pick it up again in the future when I get a hankering to watch it.

I either own or would like to own 29 of the 82 listed. That's only 35% out of 100%. So going by statistics alone, I'd have to rate it a 3.5 out of 10, but that's just my own personal taste. If I listed my DVD collection, Saruman might rate it a 3.5, or worse, as well.

I'm not one to judge someone else's movie tastes, so my 3.5 in no way is a put down. I may have liked some of those other films, I'm just not interested in owning them.

I own or would like to own 11 out of 14 of Hondo's. That's 79%, so Hondo gets a 8 out of 10 from me.

Tuna gets a 7 out of 16, 44%, 4.5 out of 10.

Saruman, Kong added up all of the ones he's seen and then figured that he liked 47.5% of them. So Kong gives your collection a 5 of 10.


Hondo333, Kong liked all but one of the film's that he's seen on your list, so Kong gives you a 9 of 10.


Tuna, Kong liked 37.5% of the films in your collection, so Kong gives you a 4 of 10.

I'd give it a six. Though I haven't seen about a third of them, so I can't really tell.

Hondo's list is very impressive, but LOTR ruined it for me.

And Tuna's list is a seven, IMO.

Mark's DVD Collection

Verbal Penguin, 14/25 = 56% = 6/10

Mark i like 17/33 of your collection. 51%=5 out of 10

The Man With know name Trillogy got 2 Points

Tuna out of what i've seen i like 5/16, 35%ish=3.5 Out of 10

Any collection that includes 'The Young One's' is alright.

Now that is getting close to my collection or what I want. 8/10.
