Hi, anyone recognize the movie or tv series from the gif? From the gag, i think it looks very similar to Dexter TV series style but I can't really find exact episode for this. It might be not from Dexter too.

I don't recognize it, but the tie on the man looks funny. Is it made out of duct tape and plastic from a sheet or bag?

Haha..it's actually cloth tie but the photo quality is quite bad..that's why it looks plasticy
