I saw a made for TV movie when I was young about a teenage boy having epileptic seizures. He had brain surgery to separate the halves of his brain. It was cool. Does anyone remember the title?

Any other movies with seizures?

Othello has a seizure in the 1995 version. Patients usually have seizures about halfway through each episode of "House". Can't remember any others offhand, but stay tuned.

MerlynKing: The movie that you saw when you were young was A Fighting Choice (1986). Patrick Dempsey played the teen; Beau Bridges and Karen Valentine his parents.

Steven Soderbergh's King of the Hill (1993) has an epileptic seizure scene.

Bright light. Bright light. Uh oh.
There's a pretty scary one in The Effect of Gamma Rays on Man-in-the-Moon Marigolds by Roberta Wallach (daughter of Eli Wallach & Anne Jackson).
