Late 80s/90s movie - 3 boys and one bully

I can't remember the name of this movie, here's what i do remember though:

• There are three friends. One boy with longish black hair, he's the sensible cooler of the three. There's one nerdier type of friend. And there's the fat friend.
• There's a bully in the school that constantly picks on these three guys, either one by one, or all at a time.
• The bully harrasses the fat boy in one scene and pushes him outside of a school block naked, then pulls the fire alarm so that everyone will come outside and see him.
• The bully throws a bin at the cooler boy whilst he's riding a bike.
• In the end, the 3 friends capture the bully and tie him down inside a cabin near the water it think. The cooler boy has taken his fathers gun and wants to scare the bully. This results in him wrestling on the ground with one of his other friends and accidentally being shot in the shoulder.
• This is all that i can remember.

DOES ANYONE KNOW THE MOVIE I'M TALKING ABOUT??
