B & W Film taking place in Tivoli Gardens, Copenhagen.

I've just been on holiday in Denmark and visited "Tivoli Gardens" while in there I had a flashback to an old classic detective film that took place in Tivoli Gardens, Copenhagen.

I thought it might have been Sterling Hayden but looked up his Filmography to no avail.

Anyone know the films name?
