old black and white movie?

there's a black and white movie i was watching on TMC and it was about this guy who convinces this wealthy woman to become her assistant or accountant but he has ulterior motives with his girlfriend as his accomplice they plan to rob the woman. The end of the movie they end up in the car together and the girlfriend pulls out the money and the guy pulls out the purse.. don't remember any actresses/actors pretty much don't know anything about the movie except the plot and that its an old black and white.
