Victim of The Night
All these challenges to the worth of Starcrash, and still not one for The Tree of Desire?

I guess this is the world we live in.
In fairness, I have not seen The Tree Of Desire.
But I have seen Starcrash. And I love "bad" movies.

Victim of The Night
Minio always refers to Starcrash as a "masterpiece".
Fascinating.
Out of all the "bad" movies I've seen, Starcrash may actually be the worst.

261. The Cook, the Thief, His Wife & Her Lover (1989) dir. Peter Greenaway

Amazing movie.

10/50 seen at this point (and one I should have seen but haven't, Cure).

La Dolce Vita I watched for the current HoF. I'm still undecided about how I feel about it. The Devils is good vintage Russell. Dellamorte Dellamore I don't care that much. It's not bad, still, but even The Church is a better film by Soavi. Cria cuervos... is a very recent watch for me, and I thought it was good (though I preferred the other Ana Torrent film The Spirit of the Beehive). I saw The Cook, the Thief, His Wife & Her Lover in theater when it was new and remember very little (back then I thought it was weird).

Le samouraď is another recent HoF watch and it was OK/Good as well. I don't think it looks as cool as it tries to, though. The Host was a decent creature feature, and I've always wondered why it's held in such high esteem. The Wailing is a mixed bag of good possession horror and bad Korean goofiness. The little girl was really good, though.

Seen 3 from your last 3 sets. Le Samurai rocks, Tampopo was good, All Quiet On The Western Front did not tickle my fancy, been quite a few years though.
