Actor who looks like Sam Neill

First, it's not Hugo Weaving.

He's probably a decade younger than Sam Neill. I've seen him in a variety of movies, but obviously can't pinpoint one. He's a bit thinner in the face than SN but looks very mike like him around this time period:

Never mind, I answered it myself. I kept picturing him in a uniform and realized it was from Star Trek.
