I recognize her but can't recall the name.

Another hint: She played the next door neighbor's hot wife in a show whose title had a specific decade in the title.

I didn't watch the show, so the hint doesn't help me, but it's probably someone from "That 70's Show".

Okay, this one will probably give it away...she was Sheena: Queen of the Jungle....and a Bond girl.

OK now I know. I looked at a list of Bond Girls. How could I forget ever her name?...and yes I use to watch her on Charlies Angels too.

Okay, because I feel bad that I gave a bad pic that's fairly vague, I'll give one last hint before I name her: her initials are TR.

Well, you're half right. It is Olivia Hussey; but it's from Jesus of Nazareth (1977). She played the Blessed Mother. However, both Romeo & Juliet (1968) and Jesus of Nazareth were directed by Franco Zeffirelli.
