Helena Bonham may have been overshadowed a bit by Pitt and Norton but she really was cool in Fight Club.
Pitt was beyond brilliant in Fight Club, but I thought Helena was just as good as he was. But then, I thought every performance in that film was great.

Definitely agree with all these. However I'd also include Robert De Niro in Taxi Driver.

The best male and female acting performance I've ever seen is Jack Nicholson and Louise Fletcher in One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest.First two times I watched this movie to understand it,now I only watch it for acting. It's incredible.

Big Bird - Follow That Bird.

Precious tritium is what makes this project go.

Christoph Waltz - Inglorious Basterds
I've only seen it once and I was totally underwhelmed by the whole film, however, this could be the most overrated and, possibly, the most over rewarded role in cinema. Finally, Hopkins' Lector has competition.

My one has to be Tom Hanks in cast away. He was brilliant in that

Robin Williams in One Hour Photo was quite a surprise.
Heath Ledger in The Dark Knight was too. Everything else he's been in was pretty mediocre.
Mel Gibson in Ransom was good.
Keifer Sutherland in The Lost Boys. Barely on screen but he's the character most people remember.
Bill Nighy as Davy Jones.
John Goodman in Arachnophobia is incredibly funny.

My favourite performer though... Dan Ackroyd. Everything he's in, he's at his best. Top actor.

James Cagney in White Heat.
Alec Guinness in Kind Hearts and Coronets.
Montgomery Clift in Red River.
Humphrey Bogart in The Maltese Falcon.
Marlon Brando in On The Waterfront.
Peter Finch in Network.
De Niro in Raging Bull.
Jack Nicholson in Five Easy Pieces.
Jackie Chan in Project A.
Buster Keaton in Our Hospitality.
Clint Eastwood in A Perfect World/Unforgiven.

And actresses....

Natalie Portman in Black Swan.
Gena Rowlands in A Woman Under the Influence.
Jane Fonda in Klute.
Isabelle Adjani in Possession.

The list goes on.

Smells mystical, doesn't it?

Brad Dourif as Billy Bibbit

Louise Fletcher as Nurse Ratched

Sam Rockwell as Wild Bill

Doug Hutchison as Percy Wetmore

Louise Fletcher as Nurse Ratched
I hated her, the mean *****!
