Suspense Action 1980s High School Rich Bullies Muscle Car

I always remember and then promptly forget this one.



There is a scene where the guy pops speakers out of the top of his Mustang and yell, "Deploy!" and plays loud music.



There is one murder. The baddies are rich (racist?) bullies.

It's Dangerously Close from 1986. God this one annoys me. I vaguely remember it once very three years and then forget it again.
