Movie from mid 2000's want to watch again

I saw this movie around 2013/14 i think on netflix , i think it was an independent movie
from what i remember some young adults were partying in a loft style vacant upstairs of a building and some sketchy uninvited people showed up . getting rough with the guys and assaulting the girls etc.
They ended up in the basement hiding and there were these humanoid creatures living down there crawling around ....at the end a girl who survived escaped and dropped her phone and a passerby found it watched the video she recorded of what happened and recognized the building and went there.
he goes in and gets lost in the basement

no kind of similar though, these were just some teens/young adults partying and everything went to hell
i cant remember what city it took place in

Maybe Quarantine (2008) or one of the sequels.


Edit: Quarantine is a remake of REC.

No , i saw that at the theater
it might have taken place in europe, but i dont think it was a foreign movie
it was in english and recent

it wasn't a found footage type movie either, only at the end when he finds her phone if that helps

Maybe The Basement? I didn't finish it (I thought it sucked) so I don't know if the ending matches but otherwise it's kinda close.
