How/where to post essays or top 10 lists

I've been wanting to make a top 10 ex-yugoslav movies list for a while, and explain my point in an essay. Where do I post that? I know there is a thread or a function for these things, but I dont see it anywhere.

What is an 'ex-yugoslav' movie? Do you mean a film made during the time when a communist controlled Yugoslavia existed?

Understood. People still post stuff like that under Movie Reviews, simply because the common theme between that and reviews is in-depth analysis of films.

That said, if you prefer General Movie Discussion because you plan to be a bit wordier, go for it. Depends on the tone, really.

The common factor is language, not country. Movies made after the breakup also count.
I say ''ex-yugoslavian'' because that's the best unifying term we have. I doubt many people would understand me if I said CSBM.
