I'd hoped that with Arnold Schwarzenegger in the series, it might be at least well written. Nope.
The tired writing, the cliches, the superfluous acting-- IMO it's almost painful. Arnie is evidently trying to channel his great character in True Lies (1994), but it falls flat.
I hope we're not witnessing a new trope of where an old, washed out agent or adventurer of some sort is outdone by his young vital female relative commando babe type (ala Indiana Jones and the Dial of Destiny). That's getting long in the tooth almost immediately.
I had to bail after two eps. Someone can tell me if it got better...
Stallone is keeping afloat with his "Tulsa" show, but Arnie is slowly sinking..........
