Doesn't look familiar to me. But the way it is stretched out, would guess a stage play rather than a television set.
Like I said it's a recreation, in like a scale model, but you are correct that it's laid out for the stage, live TV to be exact.



Neil Simon's The Odd Couple was of course a stage play before it was a movie before it was a television series before it was another television series. That set is not a recreation of the film or either television set. It is just a production of the play somewhere.
