Kurosawa all the way to the final for me.

Kurosawa's films are probably better, but I enjoy Scott's films more. I voted for Scott.

Alien and Blade Runner snags Scott my vote

Tough choice for me, but I went with Scott in the end

I've seen 16 films of Kurosawa's so far and not one would get less than a B+ rating, that's huge.

I keep wanting to vote for Kurosawa because of Ikiru, but Scott made Alien, which is very close to me.

Tough call. I think I may give it to Kurosawa if only because his films are consistently great, whereas Scott's tend to be hit and miss for me.
