I don't remember the old girl having a bottle of (Ouzo?) and five glasses on a tray. Maybe that's why she was sleeping when he arrived.

But that seems a bit too easy.

Is that a lone olive in the fruit bowl?

I can't see a damned thing, (pardon the pun), so I'm leaning towards Original frame. Unless I find an upside-down face in the wallpaper, that's my tentative answer. The Ouzo is too "there", unless you're the world's absolute best digital compositor.
