Action movie with Jeff Wincott and unknown music

Tools

It's movie "Outside the Law" (2002), low-budget movie and definitely unpopular. I'm looking for interesting song from the movie, but I'm sure that credits doesn't have any informations connected with music used in this movie ( what a pity ). The main characters are played by Jeff Wincott and Cynthia Rothrock.

English isn't my native language, but I'm almost sure that woman sings something like "touching me tender and breaking my heart". Maybe it's my mistake and misunderstanding.

What is name of song in background?

I tried Shazaming the clip from your video and had no luck. I did find out that the composer for the movie's soundtrack is Andrea Saparoff, who has her own website. Maybe you could contact her and ask her.

I didn't find yet. It is next very difficult question - Andrea Saparoff replied me two years ago, but it wasn't her song.

I think what is actually sung is:

Each time we part
I touch you
I tell you
You're breaking my heart

And then there is something about "the hurting". Googling these phrases did not identify the song. But you could try the three websites listed in the first paragraph at https://markfgriffin.com/2015/02/nee...ntifying-song/ (Wat Zat Song?, Midomi, and a dedicated Reddit), as their users will try to help identify songs.

Please let us know if you are successful and what is the song!

Everyone's hearing something slightly different.

I'm hearing "touching pretender and breaking my heart" The "and" sounds like it's pronounced like 'n

I found the movie on Tubi. Listening to the scene, I hear words in the song "...she's tender, she's charming . . . touch of her . . . is breaking my heart . . . hurting . . ." I can't really make out anything else. I am a native speaker of English, but they really put this song in the background, and don't seem to have intended for people to hear it.
I don't think I have ever heard this song before, which would suggest it was not a pop hit. It was probably made specifically for this movie, which would have been cheaper then paying the rights to use a popular hit song. I did watch the credits, and again there is no mention, which suggests it was just written for the movie.

Google tune recognition may be able to identify your song! https://blog.google/products/search/hum-to-search/

Google tune recognition failed to recognize the tune using the YouTube video as the audio source. (One phone playing the video with Google listening on an adjacent second phone.)
