It's nice to see someone listed this. It was very good...and heart wrenching. Catalina Sandino Moreno was wonderful.

I'm probably the only one here that wouldn't recommend this movie. I was very disappointed with it. To each his own though.

By the way, welcome to the forums adidasss.

I have a huge rant in one of the other threads about my disappointment with Y Tu Mama Tambien. If i have time I'll look for it later, but I need to go soon (I'm at work). And, of course, as I was trying to write a short post to answer your question adidass, I almost started into another rant. Are you suuuure you want my opinion on this?

I got for good luck my black tooth.

Gaiman is awesome! . As far as his novels I prefer American Gods to Neverwhere but both are very good. I am going to make a point to see the TV series. BTW could anyone recommend any other authors who write in the urban fantasy style or fantastical realism? (or whatever you like to call it). It seems to be kind of hard to find authors who fit into this category.

no that's allright...opinions about movies are subjective, even when a critic dumps on a movie it doesn't mean that someone is not going to enjoy it...i thought it was a great road movie, you didn't like it...lets leave it at that...

(it means though that i still cannot compare it to King Rat, sorry!)

Has anyone seen The Barbarian Invasions (Les Invasions barbares) (2003)?
If so, how did you like it?
