20. Glenn Rhee(Steven Yeun) - The Walking Dead
Glenn is a great character. Steven Yeun is another underrated actor and I love watching every scene he is in.

19. Francis Underwood(Kevin Spacey) - House of Cards
Kevin Spacey is such a great actor, it hurts how good he is. He is so good as Underwood.

18. Petyr Baelish(Aidan Gillen) - Game of Thrones
Baelish is the most sinister, diabolical and despicable human being i've ever seen on tv......and I love him for that

17. Bronn(Jerome Flynn) - Game of Thrones
Bronn is single handily one of the coolest characters I've ever seen on TV. He's funny and he's a badass, the ultimate mixture for a great and fun character.

16. Steve McGarrett(Alex O'Loughlin) - Hawaii Five-0
Like I said before his and Danny's bromance is funny and great. The best part of the show. Alex is a badass as Steve McGarrett.

15. Spencer Reid(Matthew Gray Gubler) - Criminal Minds
The man is a walking statistics machine. He's a fantastic character and I love his interactions with the rest of the team.

14. Shane Walsh(Jon Bernthal) - The Walking Dead
Shane has one of the best character transformations i've ever seen on TV. Jon Bernthal was fantastic as him and the character was so interesting to watch on screen.

13. Walter White(Bryan Cranston) - Breaking Bad
Another great example of character Transformation. Bryan Cranston was brilliant, with 4 Emmy's i don't know if anybody could question his performance.

12. Patrick Jane(Simon Baker) - The Mentalist
Patrick Jane is such a great and interesting character struck by tragedy. It is sad I got into the series right before the final season aired.

11. Ron Swanson(Nick Offerman) - Parks & Recreation
The best comedic character I've ever watched. Nick Offerman was so good as Ron and Ron was such a good character. He easily had almost all of the best lines of the series.

10. John Watson(Martin Freeman) - Sherlock(BBC)
The best portrayal of John Watson I've ever seen. Martin Freeman is one of my favorite actors working today.

9. Richard "Rick" Castle(Nathan Fillion) - Castle
Hilarious and Charming. Richard Castle is seriously one of my favorite characters ever. He has me laughing out loud at least 6 times during every episode.

8. John Locke(Terry O'Quinn) - Lost
Easily my favorite character from Lost. I was so pissed what they did with him in the end but up until that point I loved Locke and Terry played him great.

7. Daenerys Targaryen(Emilia Clarke) - Game of Thrones
Emilia Clarke is love and life. Beautiful, AND has dragons? Sign me up for Team Targaryen all day every day. Going from a scared little girl to a Queen(Khaleesi my bad) was great to watch.

6. Mike Ehrmantraut(Jonathan Banks) - Breaking Bad
Mike is my favorite character from Breaking Bad and BCS. Jonathan Banks plays Mike brilliantly and he is such a badass.

I didn't finish Breaking Bad, but liked the seasons I watched. Love Sherlock. Also plus rep for Daenerys, but my favorite GOT chracter hasn't yet shown up.

5. Merle Dixon(Michael Rooker) - The Walking Dead
Daryl who? Daryl gets all the attention but I always thought Merle was a better character. Funnier, more badass, and he was just a much more complex and interesting character.

Great list !! I like Many characters especially from Walking Dead and Breaking Bad.

Mike Ehrmantraut and Walter White are two awesome characters from Breaking Bad but my favorite will always been Jesse Pinkman

4. Rick Grimes(Andrew Lincoln) - The Walking Dead
Rick Grimes is probably one of the best lead characters I've ever came across on TV. His transformation throughout the series is great. Watching him lead a group through a harsh zombie apocalypse is a great to watch, and seeing his mentality and morals change as well is fantastic television. Andrew Lincoln is so good another underrated actor.

3. Dexter Morgan(Michael C. Hall) - Dexter
Dexter.....one of the most interesting and complex characters out there. A serial killer who only kills other killers is such a interesting concept alone, and they pull it off immensely well. Michael C. Hall is fantastic as Dexter.
