Bowling For Columbine (2002), why do i still "like" the US of A? cuz M. Moore was born there? Canadians, help us! invade the Northern states!

Punch Drunk Love - I freakin' love this movie. Everything about it. EVERYTHING!, including the lens flares. When it started I was like, HOLY CRAP, this is a short film. Why did I think that? Because it had mad-crazy style, and usually you only find that kind of mad-crazy style in short films. So once I got over the initial shock of this movie rocking, I had to get over the way it was shot and the lighting. I mean, COME ON, the way lights lit up the characters face during moments of revelation and that one shot of him where the frame was half light and half black and he chose the black - talk about metaphors, this movie's full of em'. MAN, if you haven't seen this movie or have anything bad to say about it I'll find you and stuff pudding in your shorts.

I like brunettes

Like say...Laura Elena Harring of Mulholland Drive fame...

I don't think I laughed even once during the film, and was wishing for it to end after a while. Terribly written, awful premise, and Jason Alexander (I feel one of the worst actors ever) was in it....

24 Hour Party People (d. Michael Winterbottom, 2002)
Videodrome (d. David Cronenberg, 1983)

now that my internet is working again...

Finding Neverland - 5/5, loved every second of it
Miracle - 3/5, it was interesting for me because I didn't know that much about hockey and wasn't to familiar with that story but it was just another sports movie, nothing amazing
Van Helsing - 2.5/5, it was entertaining, give it a whirl if bored

Rounders - 4/5, pretty fun movie

Cabin Fever (d. Eli Roth, 2002)
A Woman Under the Influence (d. John Cassavetes, 1974)

Hello Salem, my name's Winifred. What's yours
A league of their own -- i cant but help like this film, and even madonna wasn't half bad. I do really like Geena Davis though. Tom Hanks was good in a different role from his usual.
