It's interesting looking at these lists - hope you keep on going. I'm really a 1930-70s guy, but there are a handful from each year I like, but it seems no one else likes them, and vice-versa, lol.

A long list of favorite movies in a single year seems like an oxymoron, so I will keep my list short -

Jurassic Park - Because who the heck doesn't like dinosaurs?

Groundhog Day - Because who the heck doesn't like groundhogs or little towns in PA that look like they're close to home for me and who the heck could not enjoy Bill Murray and Ande McDowell.

Schindler's List - I didn't like anything about this movie, but it does seem like a historic wake-up call that's needed now and again to refresh our memories about how awful humans really are.

Robin Hood, Men in Tights - just what you need to bring you back from hell after seeing Schindler's List.

Tombstone - Because there are few westerns in recent decades and I need to be reminded why we need even fewer of them.
