I think that's Roseanne Barr, (and maybe Tom Arnold with her), on the left, and I think the guy on the right is Dennis Boutsikaris, and the woman with him is the actress who played Rachel's boss, Joanna, on "Friends".

But I have no idea what TV show they were all in together.
