So I just counted and I've been in 17/19 general HOFs.

Then I've been in 16 of the specialty HOFs.

33 total.

I may be the clubhouse leader. I know at one point cricket was close. Citizen and Ed gotta be getting there.

I suppose I have to go count now just a minute.....

I think I've only missed out on one since I started doing this, (Horror) and not counting Russian or the Virgin HoFs since they were exclusive.
But I am in all of the ones running, making it official, I AM an addict lol

You're an OHF 'original Hall of Famer' You've done more of the Main HoFs than anyone and go back almost to the very beginning, starting in the 2nd HoF. Which is darn cool! I wish I had been around back then.

Nice to see the right film win this even without me (Aliens would have been my #1 with 99.9% certainty).

I wasn't in this HoF, so I didn't watch all of the movies, but this would have been my list of the movies that I watched:


1) Forbidden Planet - This movie feels almost like a template for many sci-fi movies that came after it. Without this movie, we might not have Star Trek.

2) Minority Report - I'm not much of a fan of Tom Cruise, but this movie has a nice blend of thriller, sci-fi and action.

3) Gattaca - This is the movie that was the most thought provoking.

4) Attack the Block - I expected to hate this, but I ended up liking it quite a bit. I'm surprised at how many people seemed to hate it.

5) Aliens - A decent movie, but it just leans a bit more towards horror for my tastes.

6) Robinson Crusoe on Mars - This has a pretty good story, but just too many unlikable characters, especially the annoying monkey. Maybe Adam West should have played the stranded astronaut.

7) Seconds - This started out okay, but it just seemed to get worse as it went on.

8) Liquid Sky - I saw this movie many years ago when it was recommended by a friend. I hated it back then, and have no desire to ever rewatch it.
