No, the kid holding the money is nobody, just a day player who had bit parts in a relatively small handful of projects. And that actress standing next to the pickup truck is definitely not ScarJo. She is another nobody bit player. The actor next to her is an established character actor from the '90s and 2000s.

The only actor established enough in the Patti Cake$ cast to have been in older movies is Cathy Moriarty. The only movie she and David Keith are in together is White of the Eye. But Ms. Moriarty and John Cleese have never been in a flick together
