help on name of a movie

it was anaction and shooting movie

they had a scene where the guy shot a car in the oil tank and he slid under it about 20 feet

another part was him and girl were having sex and he was shooting enemies also in a hotel room

Sounds a little like Shoot 'Em Up, which I reviewed a few years ago, in case anyone's interested.
