Reminds me somewhat of Nanette Newman but I doubt it is she.

It is not Nanette Newman, it is an American actress, primarily known for her television work, guest appearances on just about any prime time series you can think of during the 60's and 70's, as well as major roles on soap operas, one of the genre's best villainesses. Passed away last week.

Who is Valora Noland?

She had a role in The War Wagon with no less than John Wayne, Kirk Douglas and Keenan Wynn. She was in the teen beach movie Muscle Beach Party with Frankie Avalon and Annette Funicello. And is probably best know for her role as Daras on the original Star Trek.
