RIP Louie Anderson

Awww this is sad...always kind of liked Louie...he made the most of what was basically a glorified cameo in Coming to America and I also thought he was really funny as a therapist on Grace on Fire...funny guy. RIP

In his era, the six minutes that could absolutely make your career: killing (especially with Johnny's laugh) on Carson's "Tonight Show" in your first appearance.

"Film is a disease. When it infects your bloodstream it takes over as the number one hormone. It bosses the enzymes, directs the pineal gland, plays Iago to your psyche. As with heroin, the antidote to Film is more Film." - Frank Capra

Man, I hate this. I loved his standup which I watched every time he had a special on. Plus, I even enjoyed his animated Life With Louie kid's cartoon. I swear, I've never seen a year start out with so many celebrity deaths, one right after another. I know people die every day but I'm just referring to entertainers who brought some kind of joy into our lives.
Godspeed, Louie.
